Five engineering advantages

Oil-free pumping chamber

Oil-free pumping chamber

Oil-free pumping chamber is integrated into the published VCS platform to improve stable, efficient operation under the intended duty.

Working principle and core architecture

Synchronized dry screw rotors trap and transport process gas without lubricating oil in the pumping chamber. Variable-speed control adjusts pumping capacity to maintain the target vacuum and reduce unnecessary unloaded operation.
