Five engineering advantages

Dedicated screw vacuum air end

Dedicated screw vacuum air end

Dedicated screw vacuum air end is integrated into the published VC platform to improve stable, efficient operation under the intended duty.

Working principle and core architecture

Rotating screw profiles expand the inlet chamber and draw process gas into the pump. The controller changes motor speed to maintain the target vacuum, while the oil-separation system recovers injected oil from the discharge stream.
